Schaal Colors is a workshop dedicated to making fine art paints, founded in 2019 after completing studies at the École Pivaut in Nantes. Inspired by the traditions of classical painting, the creator personally develops and produces pigments and paints to offer both amateur and professional artists an authentic creative experience.

Features of the oil paints:

Free of dryers and fillers, mostly mono-pigment formulas — ensuring high saturation and brilliance.
Each color has its own unique properties (drying time, transparency, etc.), which artists are encouraged to take into account in their practice.
The use of high-quality, traditional mediums minimizes interference with the natural qualities of the pigments.

Works mainly with UK suppliers, as well as nearby ones in Germany, France and Italy, to avoid long transportation and support local economies.
